We represent lenders in connection with mortgage loans secured by all real estate asset class, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, condominium and hotel, and development properties. Our mortgage loan and mezzanine loan origination experience includes senior and subordinate loan structures, including inter-creditor, co-lender, as well as cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted loans secured by a variety of property types in multiple states. The team is actively involved on a daily basis, counseling clients in virtually all aspects of portfolio and CMBS transactions.
