Insights: News Releases Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Attorney Caroline Richardson to Firm’s Raleigh Office

RALEIGH (April 22) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Caroline (Kiki) Richardson to the firm’s Raleigh office. Ms. Richardson joins the firm as an associate on the Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team in the firm’s Corporate, Finance & Real Estate Department. Her practice will focus in the business and finance, investment management and securities area.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Richardson was an associate at Dechert LLP in New York, New York. Ms. Richardson has experience advising clients on the formation and regulation of U.S. funds, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds and private investment funds. Previously, she was a legal extern at the North Carolina Office of the Attorney General in the Services to State Agencies Section, as well as at the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State in the Securities Division.

Ms. Richardson earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as the Articles Editor of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. She received her B.A. in Economics, with minors in Psychology in Business, from Xavier University, cum laude.
