Firm Adds Partner David Posner
NEW YORK (June 23) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of David Posner to the firm’s New York office. Mr. Posner will be a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and will lead the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Team in New York.

Mr. Posner, who was previously a partner at Otterbourg, focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He represents companies, creditors’ committees, Chapter 11 trustees, acquirers, financial institutions and other significant parties-in-interest in complex reorganizations and financially distressed situations as well as debtor/creditor rights and commercial litigation. In addition, he has substantial litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation inside the context of complex reorganization cases and in state and federal courts across the country.
Mr. Posner earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, cum laude, where he served as Senior Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. He received his B.A. from Syracuse University, magna cum laude.
