WASHINGTON, DC (August 3) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Partner Mark Stember will be speaking at the 28th Annual Flexible Benefit Administrator Symposium. The Symposium is sponsored by the Employer’s Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) and will be held in Austin, Texas on August 5-7, 2015.
Mr. Stember will be speaking on a number of Affordable Care Act topics including employer-sponsored wellness programs. Mr. Stember is also a member of the ECFC Technical Advisory Committee, and he writes for the Council’s quarterly newsletter the ECFC Flex Reporter.

Mr. Stember concentrates his practice on counseling clients on the tax and related aspects of health and welfare benefits, flexible compensation, fringe benefits, executive compensation, and qualified retirement plans. He has counseled both private and public clients regarding health and welfare plans, cafeteria plans, fringe benefit plans, such as adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, executive split dollar life insurance plans and section 401(k) and pension plans.
