Insights: News Releases Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Attorney Zoe Niesel to Firm’s Winston-Salem Office

WINSTON-SALEM (August 11) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Zoe Niesel to the firm’s Winston-Salem office. Ms. Niesel joins the firm as an associate on the Complex Commercial Litigation Team in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Niesel served as a visiting assistant professor at Wake Forest University School of Law. During her time at Wake Forest School of Law she taught Civil Procedure, Complex Civil Litigation, Transactional Civil Litigation and the History Of the English Common Law. Ms. Niesel also researched in the areas of civil procedure, federal courts, class actions, conflict of laws and art and cultural property law. Previously, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas D. Schroeder of the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.

Ms. Niesel earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, summa cum laude, where she served as the Business Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review. She received her B.A. in Anthropology from Southern Methodist University, magna cum laude.
