WINSTON-SALEM (September 21) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that attorney Dustin Timothy Greene has been named as a Barrister to The Chief Justice Joseph Branch Inn of Court.

The Chief Justice Joseph Branch Inn of Court, a chapter of the American Inns of Court, is comprised of Winston-Salem area trial lawyers and judges committed to the promotion and study of professionalism, ethics, civility, and legal skills. Members of the Chief Justice Joseph Branch Inn meet regularly to participate in and present programs on matters related to ethics and professionalism in the legal field and other current litigation topics.

Mr. Greene focuses his practice on commercial and general litigation matters. Since joining the firm, Mr. Greene has represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters including shareholder rights, fiduciary duty claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair trade practices, complex contract issues, construction litigation, and other matters. Mr. Greene has experience in arbitration, federal and state court, the North Carolina Business Court, and at all levels of North Carolina’s appellate courts. He is also dedicated to providing pro bono representation to those in need, focusing his pro bono work on issues affecting veterans of all branches of the armed forces.
