RALEIGH (January 6) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the election of two members of the Raleigh office to its partnership effective January 1, 2016.

- John Livingston is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Investment and Development Team and the firm’s Energy Team. He devotes his practice on sustainable development, including mixed-use projects, LEED certified projects, and renewable energy contracting. Mr. Livingston has experience representing lenders, buyers, sellers, developers, investors, owners, managers and others in all aspects of commercial real estate development, investment and leasing, and solar and biomass developers as well as commercial and industrial energy users.
- Taylor Higgins Ludlam is a member of the firm’s Patent Litigation Team. She focuses her practice on patent infringement litigation and complex commercial litigation matters. Ms. Ludlam has assisted in the successful litigation of patents involving cable and telephony communications, wireless communications, and software-related systems. She has also represented various companies in complex contract disputes, trademark infringement, and class action lawsuits. Ms. Ludlam has significant courtroom and trial experience in patent and commercial litigation cases.
