LOS ANGELES (February 1) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that partner Mary Craig Calkins served as a panelist at the 2016 American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel (ACCEC) Insurance Law Symposium hosted by the Boston College Law School at the law school’s campus in Newton, Massachusetts on January 22, 2016. Ms. Calkins currently serves as the President-Elect of the ACCEC.

Ms. Calkins was joined by other industry leaders and members of academia, and discussed "Boardroom or Cell Block — The Emerging Criminalization Of D&O Liability Claims."

The ACCEC, established in 2012, is composed of preeminent coverage and extracontractual counsel in the United States and Canada, representing the interests of both insurers and policyholders.
