Insights: News Releases Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Attorney Erik Choisy to Firm’s Atlanta Office
ATLANTA (January 23) – Kilpatrick Townsend announced today the addition of Erik D. Choisy to the firm’s Atlanta office. Mr. Choisy joins the firm as an associate on the Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team.
Mr. Choisy focuses his practice on business and finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Choisy worked as in the New York office of an Am Law 100 firm where he advised clients on complex transactional and regulatory issues including cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions.
Mr. Choisy earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude. While attending law school, he was a Contributing Editor of the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law and served as a legal intern at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in Washington, D.C., where he worked on its implementation team and assisted in founding, building, and launching the Bureau. Mr. Choisy received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut, magna cum laude.
