WALNUT CREEK (January 24)Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that partner Joe Snyder was recently appointed to AIPPI’s Standing Committee on Pharma and Biotechnology.

The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, known as AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle), is the world’s leading International Organization dedicated to the development and improvement of laws for the protection of intellectual property.

AIPPI's Standing Committee on Pharma and Biotechnology monitors, comments and advises AIPPI on policy, regulatory and legal frameworks relating to intellectual property protection for pharmaceutical products and processes; diagnostic products; medical devices; and biotechnology (including plant varieties) and biological products. Dr. Snyder is the Managing Partner of the Kilpatrick Townsend’s Walnut Creek office.
