WINSTON-SALEM (December 4) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that the firm’s Winston-Salem office was recently recognized by the Bethesda Center for the Homeless with the President’s Award. The firm was honored at the 5th Annual Heroes for the Homeless Awards Breakfast on November 15.

The President’s Award is the Bethesda Center’s highest honor. It is awarded to individuals and organizations who display an exemplary level of dedication and commitment to reducing homelessness in the community.

The first Heroes for the Homeless event was organized on September 23, 2013 to celebrate Bethesda’s 25 years of service to the community of Winston-Salem and to honor the volunteers and community leaders who work relentlessly to improve the lives of homeless individuals. Since then, Heroes for the Homeless has continued to honor outstanding members of the Winston-Salem community who champion the fight against homelessness and support the efforts that help to improve the lives of homeless men, women, and children in Forsyth County.
