LOS ANGELES (March 20) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that attorneys Mary Craig Calkins, William Um, and Heather Habes served as featured speakers at the American Bar Association Section of Litigation’s 29th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee (ICLC) CLE Seminar in Tucson, Arizona.

Mary Craig Calkins, former chair of the ABA Section of Litigation's ICLC, joined other industry leaders and discussed the evolving insurance issues for an expanding financial technology industry in the session, "Money Money Money Money— In Today’s World: Insurance Implications for the Evolving FinTech Industry."

William Um chaired the session, “New Economy Businesses Need New Insurance: Can the Insurance Industry Keep Up?," and spoke on potential new liabilities from new economy businesses and how the insurance industry is trying to respond.
