Insights: News Releases Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Dan Englander in Atlanta

ATLANTA (January 11)Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Dan Englander to the firm’s Atlanta office as an associate in the Trademark & Copyright Team in the firm’s internationally recognized Intellectual Property Department.

Mr. Englander focuses his practice on trademark and copyright enforcement and litigation. He has experience in providing strategic advice for clients’ trademark and copyright portfolios, conducting trademark clearance searches, and prosecuting domestic trademark, trade dress, and copyright applications. He has litigated trademark and copyright infringement actions in federal courts across the country and regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Englander practiced in the Atlanta office of a national law firm.

Mr. Englander earned his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Emory International Law Review. He received his B.A., in Public Policy Studies, Minor in Economics, from Duke University. Prior to joining private practice, Mr. Englander helped found a profitable online venture that operated in Durham, North Carolina and Berlin, Germany.
