Insights: News Lawyers of Color Names Kilpatrick Townsend a Diversity and Inclusion Leader

ATLANTA (May 6) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that the firm was named one of Lawyers of Color’s Diversity and Inclusion Leaders. The designation recognizes law firms with a black attorney percentage of 3.8 percent. This recognition was noted in the Black Student's Guide to Law Schools & Firms, the first ever comprehensive listing of black attorney percentages at nearly 400 law firms, including the nation's largest firms.

Lawyers of Color is a nonprofit organization devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities. It conducts and commissions research and studies regarding the intersection of the legal profession and social justice, creates and curates articles, blogs, studies, and videos, and advocates for the well-being of marginalized communities. It also motivates business, political, and community leaders to effect change and advance equality.
