ATLANTA (November 13) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of James “Jake” Risener to the Atlanta office as an associate on the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Team.
Mr. Risener focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mary Walrath in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Delaware.
Mr. Risener earned his J.D. from Emory University. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, in Philosophy from Lipscomb University.
