Insights: News Releases Aditya Shrivastava Joins Kilpatrick Townsend
ATLANTA (January 11) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Aditya (Ditty) Shrivastava to the Atlanta office as an associate on the Government Enforcement and Investigations Team in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Shrivastava will focus his practice on representing both corporations and individuals in white collar criminal defense cases, international and domestic internal investigations, and government enforcement matters. His legal experience includes a civil and criminal federal tax litigation practice, which included federal court trials, as well as income tax litigation, audit procedures and IRS appeals negotiations.
After completing his undergraduate studies and before entering law school, Mr. Shrivastava led a company that developed a cloud-based software product designed to facilitate secure collaboration between law firms and their clients, while virtually allowing lawyers to prepare for hearings, depositions, settlements and other legal matters.
Mr. Shrivastava earned his J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law. He received his B.A. in Physics from Cornell University.
