Insights: News Releases Robert Daily Joins Kilpatrick Townsend’s Employee Benefits Team
ATLANTA (February 25) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Robert Daily to the Atlanta office as an associate on the Employee Benefits and Tax Team in the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Real Estate Department.
Mr. Daily focuses his practice on federal tax, employee benefits, and executive compensation matters. He advises clients on federal tax matters related to joint ventures, fund formation, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on compensation arrangements and the design and implementation of employee benefit plans.
Mr. Daily earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. While attending law school, he served as Co-Executive Articles Editor of the Georgia Law Review. He also served as an intern in the Office of Tax Policy at the Department of the Treasury in Washington, DC and as a judicial extern for the Hon. Amy Totenberg in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Mr. Daily received his B.A., Honors, in Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
