The firm’s Charlotte office was established in 1986 and includes practices in commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and capital markets, executive compensation and employee benefits, real estate, and environmental law. Our Charlotte attorneys have national practices with a local focus, and our vast industry experience complements the economic diversity of the region. In addition to serving clients for over 30 years, we are committed to serving our community through our pro bono and community involvement initiatives. For more than 10 years, our Charlotte office has supported the Arts and Science Council's efforts to build appreciation and participation for the arts, science, and history in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area and has participated in the ASC's leadership training. We also support Habitat for Humanity through volunteerism and financial donations, having contributed hundreds of hours in firm partnership.
