Alice Danelia focuses her practice on international and domestic trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, as well as copyright enforcement. Alice’s experience includes all aspects of trademark protection, with a focus on portfolio and brand management strategy, and online enforcement of trademark and copyright matters. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including technology, entertainment, retail and consumer goods, hospitality, travel, and financial services.

While attending law school, Alice worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2020. She served as a research assistant in Legal Writing for Interim Associate Director and Visiting Associate Professor Erica Pont. Alice was Executive Guide Editor of The George Washington International Law Review. She also served as a legal intern in the Washington, D.C. office of a non-profit organization that recruits and trains school leaders to focus on improving education results in America’s highest-need schools.

While attending the University of Michigan, Alice served as a research assistant in its Interest Group Politics Lab and worked as a legal assistant in the Ann Arbor office of a Michigan law firm specializing in real and intellectual property. Alice also served as a legislative intern in the Congressional Office of Senator Gary C. Peters in Washington, D.C. where she produced issue memos regarding current patent policy and naval grant research to inform congressional staff of ongoing policy debates and stakeholders.

Alice speaks Russian.
