Joseph Daniels-Salamanca focuses his practice on copyright and trademark law.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph was a trademark paralegal at a multinational technology company that specializes in consumer electronics, computer software, and online services in its Cupertino, California office where he concentrated his practice on U.S. and foreign trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters.

While attending law school, Joseph served as a teaching assistant and was a senior research fellow at the McCarthy Institute.

Prior to graduating from law school, Joseph was a paralegal and office manager at a boutique litigation law firm based in California. Previously, he worked as a trademark paralegal at a trademark and copyright law firm in San Francisco, California and as an intellectual property paralegal at a boutique intellectual property and business law firm based in California.
