Karen Gess joined the firm in 2010 and serves as Director of Information Technology. She focuses on promoting education within the firm’s various technologies and oversees the firm’s Service Desk operation which provides technology support to all firm personnel. Karen also works with the firm’s IT staff to encourage that the overall end-user experience is considered as new technologies are introduced.
Karen has over 25 years’ experience in the legal environment which includes working for two international law firms. She has served in a senior leadership role in a variety of areas within technology including service desk management, application support, and learning and development.
