Eric Kracov focuses his practice on the legal needs of financial institutions and fintech companies with a special emphasis on the design, implementation, and operation of executive compensation and employee benefit programs, including employment, change in control, equity compensation, and severance arrangements. Eric also advises clients on matters relating to employment and human resources law, including merger integration matters and the structuring of workforce reductions.

Eric counsels public and private company clients on business combinations, including mergers and stock purchases. Eric also has extensive experience counseling financial institution clients on regulatory matters, including issues arising out of examinations and investigations. Eric rejoined the firm after serving for six years as the chief human resources officer and deputy general counsel at a large bank.

In 2019, Eric was honored by the Moxxie Mentoring Foundation for his support of women in the workplace. In 2011, Eric received the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network National Distinguished Advocacy Award. He has been recognized as a 2014 and 2015 Washington, D.C. “Super Lawyer” in the area of Employee Benefits by Super Lawyers magazine.
