Mark McMaster is a registered patent attorney whose practice includes patent prosecution and counseling. Mark provides patent prosecution and counseling to a spectrum of clients in such diverse fields as medical devices, mechanical devices, semiconductors, and electronics.

Mark’s practice has included intellectual property counseling and patent prosecution in a wide variety of technologies, including medical, mechanical, and electrical devices such as laser eye surgery, robotic surgery, semiconductors, micro-fluidic devices, stents, HVAC systems, internal combustion engines, scanning optical fiber imaging, and aircraft engine assemblies.

Prior to, as well as during graduate and law school, Mark worked full time at Boeing Commercial Airplanes for twenty years, where he performed and directed analysis of a variety of different aircraft structure. His responsibilities included providing overall technical guidance and direction, as well as Federal Aviation Administration review and approval, for the repair of in-service airplanes and the certification of new airplane models.
