Grant Wanderscheid focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling primarily in the areas of electronics, computer software and hardware, optoelectronics, and mobile communications.

While attending Santa Clara University School of Law, Grant worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2021. He was awarded the 2021 Art Gemmell Prize for the best student paper in International Arbitration/ Alternative Dispute Resolution for his paper titled “Using WIPO as an Arbitration Institution.”

While attending Iowa State University, Grant was an Instructor for its Mobile Embedded Systems course where he designed and oversaw labs emphasizing sensor use and was a Mobile Application Developer where he created Android and iOS applications for farmers to track agricultural productivity. Grant also served as a Mobile Development intern at one of the United States' top property/casualty companies, a Software Development intern at a company that provides software solutions to the broadband and utility industries, and a Software Development intern at an information technology (IT) service provider.
