Sue Wilder joined Kilpatrick in 1997 and currently serves as the Director of Financial Systems. She is primarily responsible for the design, resource management, implementation, and support of the firm’s financial system solutions. Sue defines and drives long-term strategy for the firm’s financial systems and related processes. In addition, she leverages financial systems to improve processes and identify synergies across all business functions of the Finance department, legal teams and departments and other administrative functions.
Sue has been serving clients in the legal accounting industry for 30 years. She has performed different leadership roles within Kilpatrick’s Finance department which gives her the unique skill of understanding the work across all areas of the department. Sue has been responsible for the preparation of the firm’s revenue budget, implementation of business intelligence platforms, data conversions, managed system upgrades, and other projects as they arise. Prior to joining Kilpatrick, Sue served as the Accountant for an Atlanta regional law firm.
