Sahil Yadav advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters in jurisdictions around the world. He concentrates his practice on domestic and international trademark prosecution, clearance and enforcement, copyright, and domain names.

Prior to joining the firm, Sahil was an associate at a leading intellectual property boutique law firm based in New York City where he focused his practice on international trademark and copyright law. Previously, he was an associate at another leading New York City law firm. Sahil also practiced as a trademark and copyright attorney for five years in India, where he is licensed to practice law. In India, Sahil worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies and handled more than 100 intellectual property disputes including trademark, copyright, and domain name disputes. He also was involved in a case of first impression relating to trade dress protection in product configurations before the Indian High Court at New Delhi.

While attending law school, Sahil was Member Editor for the Stanford Technology Law Review.

While attending Symbiosis Law School in Pune, India, Sahil studied at the Intellectual Property Summer Institute at Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. He also served seven internships including at one of the Big Four accounting firms and the Supreme Court of India.

Sahil was recognized from 2021 to 2024 as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" in the area of Intellectual Property Law by The Best Lawyers in America®. He was recognized as a New York “Rising Star” in 2023 and 2024 for Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers magazine.

Sahil’s native language is Hindi and he has basic knowledge of French.
