"Law360 (January 12, 2024, 3:33 PM EST) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP added a partner from Dechert LLP to its employee benefits and tax team in the Big Apple, bringing on a tax and contracts expert who turned to the law after teaching in New York City public schools.
Elizabeth Guidi joined Kilpatrick on Monday. During a phone call with Law360 on Friday, she said she's very pleased about her new role, where she'll add to the approximately 40-member team in the firm's New York City office.
"What drew me there in particular was that it's a big firm with a small firm feel," Guidi said. "And I'm very excited about joining the tax practice in particular, which will enable me to work with some of Kilpatrick Townsend's great clients and expand my own practice as well in corporate tax.'"
