Benjamin be the featured speaker at a National Constitution Center webinar titled, “False Advertising Claims: Injury Coverage & Policy Exclusions Under the CGL.” The program will be held on Wednesday, January 14. Mr. Benjamin will cover the scope of insurance coverage under CGL policies for claims of injuries related to advertising, how courts interpret insurance policy language and exclusions from coverage, and how intellectual property claims may be dealt with under the coverage of advertising injuries.
Mr. Benjamin is chair of Kilpatrick Townsend’s Advertising, Promotions, and Marketing group. He focuses his practice on advertising, technology, and privacy law in the areas of advice and counseling, negotiating contracts, regulatory defense, and litigation. Mr. Benjamin represents clients small and large, from multinational corporate advertisers and agencies to start-up ventures.
