Insights: News Releases Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Attorney Elizabeth Spivey to Firm’s Atlanta Office
ATLANTA (January 25) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Elizabeth Spivey to the firm’s Atlanta office. Ms. Spivey joins the firm as an associate on the Real Estate Investment and Development Team in the firm’s Corporate, Finance & Real Estate Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Spivey was an associate at Troutman Sanders LLP. Her practice focuses on the representation of national cellular companies in the leasing of ground, tower, rooftop, and in-building space for communications facilities. Ms. Spivey also represents clients in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate.
Prior to practicing law, Ms. Spivey worked as a civil engineer at a multinational engineering and design firm.
Ms. Spivey earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia, cum laude, where she served as the Articles Editor of the Georgia Law Review. She received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, highest honors.
