Insights: News Kilpatrick Townsend's Sabina Vayner Named One of Atlanta's "40 Under 40"
ATLANTA (November 29) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Sabina Vayner has been named one of Atlanta’s “40 Under 40” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
The 14th class of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “40 Under 40” exemplifies all that can be achieved with energy, vision, and dedication. Honorees represent individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, professions, and experiences, all of whom are both accomplished professionals and servant leaders in their communities.
Ms. Vayner was recognized for distinguishing herself not only as an outstanding lawyer, but also through her service in the community. She is passionate about giving back and, since 2010, has contributed more than 650 pro bono hours, assisting various non-profit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity International. In May 2014, she was recognized for her pro bono contributions by the Atlanta Intellectual Property Inn of Court, receiving the organization's annual Pro Bono Award. Ms. Vayner also devotes substantial time to the Anti-Defamation League, serving on the Southeast Region Board of Directors and the national Civil Rights Committee, and co-chairing the Southeast Region Leadership Development Committee.

Ms. Vayner is a Senior Associate on the Trademark & Copyright Team at Kilpatrick Townsend, and focuses her practice on trademark, copyright, and advertising litigation, enforcement, and counseling matters. She has substantial experience litigating federal trademark, copyright, false advertising, and trade dress infringement actions, and regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. For the past five years (2013-2017), Ms. Vayner has been recognized as a Georgia "Rising Star" in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine. In 2016 and 2017, Ms. Vayner was recognized by the World Trademark Review as a leading trademark practitioner in the publication's annual WTR 1000 ranking. She was also selected in 2014 as one of Georgia Trend magazine's 40 Under 40.
