Lori Hunt Joins Firm from One of the Nation’s Largest Publicly Traded REITS
WASHINGTON, D.C. (October 21) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that it has added Lori Hunt to the firm’s nationally recognized Real Estate Finance & Capital Markets Team and will be a member of the Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Hunt joins Kilpatrick Townsend from one of the largest publicly traded REITs in the country where she served as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel in the Real Estate Investing & Servicing Division.
In her previous position, Ms. Hunt was primarily responsible for providing legal support and strategic guidance to the special servicer of the largest portfolio of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) loans in the country. Her responsibilities included legal oversight of all aspects of specially serviced loans, performing loans and real estate owned (REO) properties.
