ATLANTA (January 9, 2020) - Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the elevation of Jeffrey Fisher and Maritza Winfunke to Counsel effective January 1, 2020.
- Jeffrey Fisher is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation team. He specializes in class actions and technology-related litigation and frequently represents defendants in Telephone Consumer Protection Act ('TCPA") and data breach class actions. Mr. Fisher also regularly advises and represents technology companies in disputes involving trade secret misappropriation, software licensing and implementation, misuse of confidential information, and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
- Maritza Knight Winfunke is a member of the Real Estate Finance & Capital Markets team. She concentrates her practice on representation of lenders, servicers and investors in various financial market transactions. Ms. Winfunke has significant experience representing balance-sheet lenders and servicers of securitized commercial mortgage loans in all aspects of loan-level asset management for performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans, as well as representing investors in commercial real estate properties.
