WASHINGTON, D.C. (February 24) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Jeffrey Davidson as Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office. He will be a member of the well-recognized Environment & Product Regulations Team in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Davidson, who joins from a national law firm in Washington, D.C., focuses his practice on representing clients in environmental litigation and enforcement actions as well as challenges that arise in corporate and real estate transactions. He assists businesses on existing environmental compliance and new regulatory programs, and guides companies through the energy facility permitting process. Mr. Davidson has experience in representing clients before state and federal agencies as well as federal district courts, appellate courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His pro bono practice focuses on representing victims of domestic violence. Chambers USA has ranked Mr. Davidson as one of the nation’s leading attorneys in environmental law each year since 2013. 

Mr. Davidson received his A.B., M.A., and J.D. from Duke University.
