He advises his clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including licensing negotiations.
Renae Wainwright is a partner in the firm’s Atlanta office. She specializes in working with clients to develop and implement strategies for protecting, maintaining, licensing and enforcing patent rights around the world. Ms. Wainwright counsels clients on mitigating risk associated with third party IP rights while helping clients build their own meaningful, global patent portfolios that align with business goals.
Roger Wylie is Kilpatrick’s Managing Partner. He focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling, and advises start-up and established corporations, venture investors and other intellectual property stakeholders with regard to all aspects of patent prosecution and acquisition, counseling, licensing and litigation.
