Represented Vasakronan AB (publ) in the acquisition of properties adjacent to the Triangeln shopping mall in Malmö from NCC Property Development, comprising approximately 12,000 sqm of retail space, 4,700 sqm of office space and 400 garage spaces under construction.
Represented Sveafastigheter in the sale of two office properties in Vällingby Parkstad to Alecta, formerly Vattenfall's head office, under conversion into approximately 460 apartments with rental apartments.
Represented Areim Fund II in the acquisition of a portfolio of around twenty retail properties with ICA Kvantum and ICA Supermarket stores from the bankruptcy estates of TERI Property I Sweden and TERI Property II Sweden.
Represented Vasakronan AB (publ) in the acquisition of the Bassängkajen property in Malmö from Skanska, comprising approximately 16,700 sqm of office space under construction.
Represented Sveafastigheter in the sale of a portfolio of around twenty residential properties to HSB Mitt, comprising leasable area of approximately 65,000 sqm.
Represented a U.S.-listed multinational company in connection with the conclusion of a joint venture agreement prior to bidding in connection with the acquisition of a property holding company.
Represented a U.S.-listed gaming company in the acquisition of a Swedish game development company with operations in various European jurisdictions, including Malta.
Represented a European listed gaming company in the restructuring and separation of its international B2B operations.
