Megan Casturo focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She advises on plan design and establishment, plan administration, and compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA, and the Internal Revenue Code. Additionally, Megan has experience advising clients regarding fiduciary responsibilities, participant disclosures, and corrections procedures to maintain tax qualified status.

Prior to joining the firm, Megan was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm where she counseled clients across ERISA and tax matters with respect to qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, deferred compensation plans, and health and welfare plans. Previously, she was an associate at a full-service employee benefits-focused law firm based in Washington, D.C., where she advised sponsors of multiemployer and single employer plans regarding the establishment and maintenance of qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans in compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA, and the Internal Revenue Code.

While attending law school, Megan was Articles Editor for the Penn State Law Review. She worked as a summer associate in 2017 at one of the oldest law firms in the country based in Wilmington, Delaware.
