Brian Colucci has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing strategies that help lawyers and law firms strengthen client relationships. His approach to marketing and business development focuses on identifying, developing, and implementing best-of-class client service, project management, and communications processes – all with the goal of providing the most effective and efficient platform for lawyers to deliver the best results for their clients. Brian works closely with firm management to understand business trends impacting the legal marketplace and uses this knowledge to provide innovative solutions for maximizing client value and satisfaction. Brian is responsible for the firm’s client feedback and client listening programs and uses input from clients to design collaborative solutions to complex legal problems.
Brian joined the firm in 2005 and serves as Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer to a 25-person team and is responsible for all aspects of marketing, business development, and communications and regularly advises firm management on business strategy.
