Preston Ehlers focuses his practice on construction and infrastructure projects and government contracting. He has represented an array of clients in the construction industry including EPC contractors, general contractors, and subcontractors throughout the United States.
Prior to joining the firm, Preston was an associate in the Atlanta office of a national law firm where he represented governmental entities, corporations, insurance companies, and other clients in litigation, with a focus on governmental liability, administrative law, professional liability, and construction. Previously, Preston served as a law clerk for the Honorable Benjamin W. Cheesbro in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
While attending Emory University School of Law, Preston served as a judicial extern to Chief Justice Harold D. Melton in the Supreme Court of Georgia and a judicial intern to the Honorable John C. Gargiulo in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
Prior to launching his legal career, Preston worked in supply chain management for one of the largest transportation and logistics providers in North America.
