Brian Glauser joined Kilpatrick in 2015 and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for managing the financial operations of the firm including firmwide accounting operations, financial planning, financial reporting and analysis, billing, and collections. Brian works closely with the firm’s Chair and senior management to support and achieve the firm’s strategic plans, profitable growth, and operations. Previously, he served as the firm’s Finance Director and prior to that was Director of Practice Economics where he was primarily responsible for improving financial performance through working with the firm’s attorneys, staff, and clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian was Managing Director of Consulting at Redwood Analytics. As one of its initial employees, Brian worked with dozens of law firms on developing and implementing solutions to meet their strategic initiatives. In addition, Brian has many years of experience working in corporate finance for Fortune 500 companies including Philip Morris USA, SunTrust Bank, and Abercrombie & Fitch.
