Sarah Holland focuses her practice on international and domestic brand strategy, portfolio management, and enforcement. She also has extensive experience litigating trademark matters in federal court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked as an intellectual property associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of a national law firm where she focused her practice on trademark, copyright, and patent matters.
While attending law school, Sarah served as Research Editor of the Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy.
Sarah was recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" in 2025 for Intellectual Property Law by The Best Lawyers in America®.
