Hannah Koepke focuses her practice on business and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah was a law clerk in the Chicago, Illinois office of a well-established litigation law firm where she researched state and federal case law and statutes in a number of practice areas, including corporate law, employment law, estate planning, medical malpractice, antitrust law, and family law.
While attending Chicago-Kent College of Law, Hannah served as a legal extern at a leading financial technology company in Chicago, Illinois where she drafted referral agreements, termination agreements, and ISO agreements.
While attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Hannah served as an intern for Representative Pat Snyder’s Office in Madison, Wisconsin where she corresponded with constituents about Wisconsin legislation, such as taxes and environmental issues. During the summer of 2018, Hannah taught English to school-aged children as a part of AIESEC-Live and Learn in Arequipa, Peru. Hannah also studied abroad at the Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain for five months.
Hannah is proficient in Spanish.
