Courtney Lynch is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Construction Law and focuses her practice on construction litigation. Courtney works in partnership with clients to understand their unique drivers, goals, and priorities prior to and during litigation.
While attending law school, Courtney served as a judicial intern to the Honorable David Hittner and the Honorable Nancy F. Atlas in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She was Assistant Managing Editor and Assistant Articles Editor of the South Texas Law Review and a member of the Board of Advocates.
