Ishir Mehta is a registered patent attorney who concentrates his practice on patent preparation, prosecution, and related counseling in the electrical and mechanical arts. Ishir has experience with patent issues relating to software, computer systems, automobiles, and rotary-wing aircraft.

Previously, Ishir worked as a patent associate at an intellectual property law firm based in Gainesville, Florida, where he prepared and prosecuted domestic and foreign patent applications.

While attending the University of Florida, Ishir worked as a graduate research assistant for the University of Florida’s Interdisciplinary Microsystems Group (IMG) Lab, where he researched the effectiveness of carbon nanofiber-based sensors with a focus on microfabrication.
