Noriaki Okabe is a registered patent attorney in Japan who focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling of both Japanese and international patent applications in the semiconductor, computer, software, and electronics industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Okabe was a project manager in the Intellectual Property Division of Renesas Electronics Corporation in Tokyo, Japan where he handled patent infringement litigation and was involved in patent prosecution and enforcement. Previously, Mr. Okabe worked as a patent engineer in the Patent Department of the Intellectual Property Office at Hitachi, Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan where he focused his practice on patent prosecution and patent clearance.
Mr. Okabe’s native language is Japanese and he is fluent in English.
