Thanh Pham is a Senior Project Manager with Kilpatrick’s LitSmart® E-Discovery Team. He provides guidance to attorneys and clients on all phases of the EDRM, project planning, budgeting, and technical issues regarding e-discovery. Thanh is an expert in the industry-leading, e-discovery platform used in-house by Kilpatrick, Relativity, having reached the level of Relativity Certified Administrator. In addition to Relativity, Thanh has a wide range of experience with a variety of software platforms including Nuix Processing, Brainspace Analytics, IPRO Tech, Concordance, LAW PreDiscovery, SQL, Recommind, Trial Director, LiveNote, Case Map, Ultra Edit, Text Pad, TrueCrypt, MS Access, MS Office, Global Plus, Bloomberg, Euroclear, and Opics.
Prior to joining the firm, Thanh was a Project Manager at a specialized e-discovery services firm in Washington, D.C., where he managed multiple projects from initial set-up to completion while focusing on client relations, communications, prioritizing client deadline, and adhering to budget constraints. Previously, Thanh was a Solutions Analyst and then a Review Solutions Associate at a company in Seattle, Washington, that furnishes software and services to manage enterprise data for compliance and legal teams where he provided consulting and platform training for clients via online, e-mail, and telephone.
