Ben has represented clients, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in a number of federal court, state court, and arbitration proceedings throughout the United States. He has experience in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including pre-litigation investigations, motion practice, requests for injunctive relief, complex document discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, settlement negotiations and mediation, hearings, and trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben was an associate in the New Orleans, Louisiana office of a national law firm where his practice included commercial litigation, consumer financial services litigation, and general business litigation. Previously, Ben was a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge W. Keith Watkins in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.

While attending law school, Ben served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Donna S. Pate in the 23rd Judicial Circuit in Huntsville, Alabama. He was Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review. Ben was active in moot court as well. He served as Co-Chair of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and was a finalist and won Best Brief in the Pace National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.

Ben was recognized in 2024 and 2025 as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" for Commercial Litigation by The Best Lawyers in America®. He was also recognized as a Georgia “Rising Star” in 2023 and 2024 for Business Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine.
