Jeffrey Rose focuses his practice on business representation, transactions, and real estate. He has engaged in a wide variety of areas during his 39+ years of law practice including corporate work, real estate, transactions, probate, bankruptcy/insolvency, commercial litigation including mechanics liens, and appellate work in both federal and state courts. He has successfully defended a federal government contractor from a multimillion dollar overcharge claim brought against it by the Government Services Agency, lectured young lawyers concerning assignments for the benefit of creditors, spoken to members of the construction industry on mechanics liens, and discussed contract matters with interior design professionals.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeffrey was a partner in the Chicago, Illinois office of a well-established business law firm where he concentrated his practice on corporate, transactional, and real estate matters. Previously, he was a partner at another law firm based in Chicago, Illinois.
