Robin Warren advises clients on worldwide branding strategies and intellectual property protection including trademark clearance, registration, licensing, policing, enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, and domain names, as well as opposition and cancellation matters. Whether consulting on how to acquire rights from a trademark-squatter or negotiating coexistence agreements, clients in the hospitality, luxury goods, and entertainment industries benefit from Robin’s frequent work with both U.S. and worldwide matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Robin was an associate at leading intellectual property law firms based in New York City where she oversaw and managed international trademark and copyright portfolios and associated prosecution and maintenance; conducted, analyzed, and reported U.S. and multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance searches; and carried out complex trademark and copyright due diligence with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and financing rounds.
While attending law school, Robin was Associate Managing Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review. She served as a legal intern in the New York City headquarters of a global brand development agency, a general litigation legal intern in the New York City Law Department, a student volunteer for the New York City Bar Association’s Copyright & Literary Property Committee, and a summer legal intern in the Internet/Privacy Working Group of the New Jersey Office of Attorney General. Robin was also one of Brooklyn Law School’s Trade Secrets Institute Fellows and President of its Intellectual Property Law Association.
Prior to launching her legal career, Robin was Senior Manager of Digital Services at a digital strategy, design, and technology agency in New York City where she oversaw and supervised its daily communications and operations for over five years.
Robin was recognized in 2023, 2024 and 2025 as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" in the area of Intellectual Property Law and Intellectual Property Litigation by The Best Lawyers in America®. She was also recognized as a “Rising Star” from 2020 to 2023 for Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers magazine.
