Ben Williams focuses his practice on commercial real estate and real estate financing.
Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked as an associate at a business law firm located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he concentrated his practice on general corporate law, business transactions, and commercial real estate. Previously, Ben worked as an associate at a full-service law firm located in High Point, North Carolina where he performed residential real estate closings and title searches.
While attending law school, Ben served as a research assistant for Professor Andrew Verstein and as a summer intern at two law firms in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, including a real estate law firm. Ben was also a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy.
