Destiny Williams focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and labor and employment. Destiny has experience with a broad range of legal matters including drafting pleadings, drafting discovery requests, and complex commercial disputes. Destiny also has state and federal court experience preparing for trial.
While attending Emory University School of Law, Destiny worked with the firm as a summer associate in 2021 and 2022. She participated in the TI:GER® Program, a collaboration between Emory University School of Law and Georgia Institute of Technology that focuses on technology commercialization in a multidisciplinary context. Destiny served as a legal extern at a multinational beverage corporation headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. She was President of the Black Law Students Association and a finalist in the Emory Stange Moot Court Competition.
Prior to attending law school, Destiny was an Administrative Assistant at KeyPoint Alliance in its TRIO Upward Bound Program, a federally funded program focused on identifying and assisting individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who have the potential to succeed in higher education, where she managed communication between five partnering high schools and their respective students during the spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year.
While attending the Georgia State University, Destiny was a member of its Mock Trial Team and Pre-Law Society.
